If something is not working as expected, email us and include what happened, the device you are using, and the app version if you have it.

Common Questions

  • How do I contact support? Use Settings > Send Feedback in the app, or email support@winteractive-ab.com.
  • How do I manage my subscription? Open Settings > Subscription in Mind Log. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the App Store.
  • How do I delete my account? Open Settings > Advanced Options > Delete Account. The app will ask you to confirm before deletion starts.
  • How can I control privacy features? Settings includes controls for AI features, app lock, location, and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Can support read my journal? No. Do not send private journal content unless you choose to include it in your support message.
